Alkent Lake Mansions

The Alkent Göl Malikaneleri project encompasses the interior design work for the reception and living areas of a private mansion within a boutique site located in the Hadımköy region. Completed in 2012, the project aimed to create a timeless living space by preserving the existing architectural character of the property while blending classic details with modern luxury.

The high-ceilinged living room has been reimagined with custom-designed furniture and rich material choices to emphasize the grandeur of the space. A 4.5-meter custom sofa, hand-carved armchairs, and other seating units, designed in accordance with the homeowner's lifestyle and aesthetic preferences, are upholstered in high-quality imported fabrics, giving the project a unique character.

The imported fabrics used in curtains, textiles, and complementary decorative items have been combined to harmoniously match the overall color palette of the space; a warm and sophisticated atmosphere has been achieved with specially woven silk carpets. Embossed imported wall coverings have been chosen to enhance the architectural impact of the living room, thus adding depth and visual richness to the space.

One of the striking details of the project is the stairwell opening, which has been aesthetically concealed with a custom-made CNC panel application designed to maintain the pattern integrity of the wall covering. The entire project, from design and furniture production to decorative applications and all the fine details, was meticulously managed by our company and completed on a turnkey basis.
