The Bahçeşehir Konakları project is a comprehensive turnkey conversion project in which a private villa located in the Bahçeşehir region of Istanbul was received in an unfinished state, and all design and implementation processes were undertaken. Launched in 2017, the project involved re-evaluating the building's architectural and technical infrastructure to meet user needs, creating a comfortable, modern, and personalized living space.

Throughout the project, all details, from mechanical and electrical infrastructure solutions to fine construction work, custom-made furniture, and landscaping, were planned with a holistic design approach. The choice of materials, color balance, and decorative details used in the interior spaces were shaped by concepts specifically developed in line with user expectations and living habits.

The interior design, supported by the selection of furniture, carpets, curtains, and accessories, is engineered to create a timeless and sophisticated atmosphere that reinforces the villa's architectural character. A strong connection is established between indoor and outdoor living spaces, while landscaping supports the natural flow of the space and prioritizes user experience.
