Blue Lake

The Blue Lake project is a comprehensive interior design and implementation project located within the Blue Lake Site in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, where two adjacent apartments are combined to create a private living space. Completed in 2018, the project was planned to meet the needs of a foreign homeowner for a summer residence in Istanbul, combining comfort, aesthetics, and functionality.

In this project, two independent apartments were re-imagined to create a spacious and fluid living plan; bedrooms, dressing areas, and social living spaces were specifically designed to suit user habits. The overall design language of the space features elegant interpretations of classic details; special plaster and drywall workmanship applied to the walls and ceilings gives the space a strong architectural character.

The lighting design was meticulously planned to complement the atmosphere of the space; a holistic interior design language was created with custom-made furniture, project-specific carpets, and curtain applications. Through the choice of materials, color transitions, and decorative details, a warm, inviting, and timeless living atmosphere was aimed for.

From the design development process to the implementation coordination, from custom-made furniture to all the fine detail solutions, the project was realized by us on a turnkey basis.
