Bursa Tire Park

The Lastik Park project encompasses the design and visualization work developed for a commercial space located in the Bursa region. Completed in 2024, the project involved developing contemporary and striking design proposals that would enhance the architectural identity of the space, based on the implementation plans submitted by the property owner.

Throughout the project, interior and exterior design decisions were detailed in accordance with the implementation infrastructure; aesthetic and functional solutions were produced considering the usage scenarios of the space, brand perception, and user experience. The prepared concept studies were supported by material selections, color balances, and spatial atmosphere to create a holistic design language.

High-quality 3D visualizations, prepared as a crucial part of the design process, aimed to allow the project to be experienced in all its details before implementation; the final atmosphere, volumetric effect, and design character of the space were visualized using photorealistic presentation techniques. Thus, the project was transformed into a powerful presentation infrastructure that supported decision-making processes for both investors and users.
