Natural Rock Houses

Bodrum, 2025

The Doğalkaya HCS Evi project encompasses the comprehensive renovation and turnkey implementation of a two-story detached villa located within a private site in the Küçükbük region. The villa boasts 1000 m² of landscaped area and 450 m² of indoor living space. Completed in 2025, the project involved a complete redesign of the existing structure to reflect the homeowners' lifestyles, comfort expectations, and summer home usage scenarios, transforming it into a modern, refined, and highly comfortable living space.

Within the scope of the project, the existing floor plan was redesigned, and all bedrooms were designed according to the principle of suite use. In particular, the master living area located on the upper floor was completely revised, and the bedroom, bathroom, and dressing area were redesigned to offer a holistic living experience within a single space. The addition of a sauna, steam bath, and jacuzzi in the bathroom aims to provide the user with a private spa experience in hotel comfort. The private kitchenette area located in the master bedroom creates a comfortable and privileged usage scenario overlooking the view.

The building's existing wall and floor surfaces were completely dismantled and re-covered with high-quality imported cladding materials selected in accordance with the implementation project; the electrical and mechanical systems were completely revised to meet current needs. Considering the building's location exposed to sea and wind, various architectural interventions were carried out on both the interior and exterior facades; and to enhance the comfort of summer use, shutter systems were integrated into the design and implemented with concealed detail solutions.

The window systems have been redesigned with thin-bar, custom-series systems to enhance the view, maximize natural light, and provide resistance to harsh weather conditions. In the kitchen area, a custom-designed Italian kitchen layout has been chosen to suit the homeowner's usage habits; functional storage areas have been created with the addition of a pantry section.

Extensive transformations have also been carried out in the landscaping and outdoor living areas; structural interventions have been made to the existing pool to design underwater seating areas, stair circulation has been made more comfortable, and all exterior surface coverings have been redesigned with materials that are in harmony with the natural environment. A special landscaping project has been prepared for the garden; the planting, structural landscaping, and outdoor living space design have been renewed to create a calm and privileged living atmosphere that integrates with nature.

From design development and implementation coordination to custom-made furniture, curtain systems, technical infrastructure solutions, and all the fine details, the project was completed by us on a turnkey basis.
