Foça - K.B. House

The KB House project is a comprehensive landscaping and outdoor space design project involving the redesign and implementation of the outdoor living areas of a detached villa located in the Yeni Foça region. Completed in 2023, the project re-evaluated the existing garden area based on user needs, living comfort, and harmony with the natural environment.

As part of the project, a private swimming pool was built in the villa's garden; the area around the pool, along with social areas and relaxation sections, was planned to offer a holistic outdoor living experience. In the structural landscaping, natural materials and surface solutions that are in harmony with the architectural texture of the region were preferred to create a calm, inviting, and timeless atmosphere.

In line with the landscape design prepared for the garden area, the planting, circulation axes, and open space organization have been rearranged; a balanced outdoor setting has been created that supports the feeling of nature. The specially designed protective terrace, one of the striking details of the project, has been integrated into the project in a way that provides both functional use and aesthetic integrity.

Design development, pool construction, structural and plant landscaping, and all custom-made outdoor details were meticulously handled by our company; the project was delivered to the client on a turnkey basis.
