La Villas Pasanda

The La Villas Pasanda project encompasses the interior design, project development, and implementation consultancy processes for two luxury mansions located on approximately 10 acres of private land in the Yalıkavak region. Undertaken in 2021, the project involved redesigning existing architectural plans to meet high-end user expectations regarding living comfort, aesthetic integrity, and quality, thus preparing the buildings for sale and implementation.

As part of the project, layout plans were first prepared in accordance with the usage scenarios of the buildings; interior spatial organizations were redesigned to enhance the user experience. The relationships between living areas, suite bedrooms, social spaces, and open areas were detailed taking into consideration Bodrum's natural texture, scenic views, and concept of luxury living.

In line with the prepared concept, all material selections were made meticulously; natural stones, special surface coatings, wood details, textiles, and decorative elements were determined to create a holistic design language. High-quality 3D visualizations, prepared based on the selected materials, visualize the final atmosphere of the project using photorealistic presentation techniques, providing the investor with a comprehensive presentation infrastructure.

Throughout the project, field inspections were carried out in coordination with the owner and contractor teams; procurement processes, implementation details, and workmanship quality were closely monitored. This aimed to ensure that design decisions were accurately translated into the implementation process and that project integrity was maintained.

Following the completion of the interior design process, accessories, appliances, curtains, carpets, lighting, and textiles were selected specifically for the project; all layout and styling work was completed, and the mansions were made ready for sale. The project, including design development, project consultancy, implementation control, and decoration processes, was managed by us with a comprehensive approach.
