La Villas Sandima

The La Villas Sandima project is a comprehensive undertaking encompassing the interior design, project development, and implementation consultancy processes of two luxury mansions located on approximately 10 acres of private land in the Yalıkavak region. Launched in 2024, the project aimed to reinterpret the completed architectural designs of the buildings to meet high-end living standards, bringing them to a state ready for implementation and sales.

Within the scope of the project, the usage scenarios of the mansions were analyzed in detail; living areas, suite bedrooms, social spaces, and outdoor area relationships were replanned in line with user comfort and Bodrum's lifestyle culture. The aim of the prepared layout solutions was to create a spacious, fluid, and timeless living experience in the interior spaces.

During the design process, a comprehensive material palette consisting of natural stones, wood surfaces, special cladding materials, and exquisite decorative details was created; a sophisticated and modern interior design language was developed that supports the unique atmosphere of the project. High-quality 3D visualizations, prepared in accordance with the selected materials, meticulously visualize the final character of the projects using photorealistic presentation techniques, providing a strong presentation foundation for the investment process.

Throughout the implementation process, coordination with the owner and field teams was maintained; procurement organizations, implementation details, and workmanship controls were meticulously followed. This ensured that design decisions were fully implemented on-site and that project quality was preserved.

During the project's final stages, accessories, appliances, curtains, carpets, lighting, and textiles were specially selected for the project; all styling and layout work was completed, and the mansions were made ready for sale. The project was managed by us with a holistic approach, encompassing design development, implementation coordination, project consultancy, and supervision processes.
