The Most Yalıkavak

Bodrum, 2026

The Most Yalıkavak project, developed by USG Real Estate Investment and Uğur Companies, is one of Bodrum's prestigious residential projects located in the Yalıkavak region. Construction began in 2023 and is expected to be completed by 2026. The project comprises a comprehensive, high-standard residential complex situated on a total area of 21,000 m².

The project includes 3 luxury mansions with private pools, 20 villas with private pools, 24 residences, a wastewater treatment plant serving the residents, and social living areas. It aims to create a holistic living concept that combines modern Bodrum architecture with contemporary engineering solutions.

THETA Architecture undertook the design and implementation processes of reinforced concrete structural works, wall constructions, exterior stone wall claddings, and electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems within the scope of the project. The stone cladding details, which support the architectural character of the buildings, were planned in harmony with the natural texture of Bodrum; application solutions that offer both aesthetics and durability were developed.

The electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems were designed in accordance with high comfort standards and long-lasting usage principles; all implementation processes were meticulously carried out within the framework of field coordination and quality control criteria. In this project, where technical infrastructure solutions and architectural aesthetics are balanced, sustainable and contemporary practices that elevate the user experience to the highest level were aimed for.

The Most Yalıkavak project, with its scale, engineering infrastructure, and architectural approach, ranks among the prestigious residential projects in Bodrum; and THETA Architecture plays an active role in the project process with its implementation capabilities, technical expertise, and detail-oriented approach.
