Ortakent Vineyard House

The Vineyard House project encompasses the implementation and interior design development processes of a private residential building located in the Ortakent region. The project, undertaken in 2021, aimed to finalize the vineyard house, whose architectural designs were already completed, by detailing it according to user needs, its relationship with the natural environment, and the Bodrum lifestyle culture, thus preparing it for implementation.

As part of the project, the interior usage scenarios of the building were first evaluated, and the layout plans were rearranged to make the living spaces more functional and comfortable. While strengthening the relationship between the interior and exterior spaces, the building's simple and timeless architectural character, integrated with the natural environment, was preserved.

In material selection, natural surfaces, warm tones, and textures that harmonize with the atmosphere of the region were preferred; the aim was to give the space a simple yet strong architectural identity. In line with the implementation projects, all details, from the rough construction processes to the fine construction works, were meticulously planned and executed in a coordinated manner.

The project, completed with an emphasis on application details that support the architectural character of the building, material integrity, and user comfort, has been brought to life as a unique country house experience that combines the feeling of nature with a modern understanding of comfort.
