Park Azur

The Park AZUR project encompasses a comprehensive renovation and landscaping effort involving the reinterpretation of the interior and exterior living spaces of a detached villa located within a gated community in the Torba region. Completed in 2020, the project adopted a holistic design approach, incorporating interventions that enhance the living comfort, strengthen the aesthetic value, and support the Bodrum lifestyle.

In interior spaces, special decorative wall paint applications were preferred to enhance the atmosphere of living areas; unique textures that create depth and character on the surfaces gave the space a warm and sophisticated identity. The existing kitchen area was redesigned and renovated to meet modern living needs in terms of both functionality and aesthetics.

The project also includes a special winter garden designed to strengthen the relationship between indoor and outdoor living spaces; this area, integrated with natural light, is planned to offer the user a comfortable living experience throughout the year.

In terms of outdoor landscaping, the pool and surrounding social areas have been redesigned; seating areas, relaxation sections, and decorative details have created an inviting open-air living atmosphere. A striking feature of the project is the decorative waterfall wall, which adds dynamism and visual richness to the landscape.

The planting and structural landscaping applications were planned to be in harmony with Bodrum's natural texture; the aim was to create a calm, natural and highly comfortable living environment in the open spaces. The project, from design development to implementation coordination and all its fine details, was meticulously completed by our company.
