Park Marine

The Park Marin project is a landscape and structural design project carried out to redesign the outdoor living spaces of a private villa located within a gated community in the Ortakent region. Implemented in 2021, the project involved re-evaluating the existing garden area based on user needs, spatial comfort, and harmony with the natural environment.

Within the scope of the project, garden usage scenarios were replanned; the aim was to create a more functional, aesthetic, and sustainable living environment in open spaces. Structural landscape areas were shaped with a modern and natural design language; circulation areas, seating areas, and transition axes were arranged to support the user experience.

The existing outdoor paving has been renovated using materials that harmonize with the natural environment, thus creating a strong sense of unity between the villa's architectural character and the garden area. The planting has been planned using species suitable for the Bodrum climate, requiring low maintenance and providing a natural atmosphere throughout the year.

Throughout the landscape design, natural light, the use of shade, privacy, and the comfort of open spaces were prioritized; creating a calm, inviting, and nature-integrated outdoor living experience. Design development, implementation coordination, and all landscape processes were meticulously carried out by our company, and the project was completed on a turnkey basis.
