Stone Park

The Stone Park project encompasses the comprehensive renovation, addition, and landscaping of a detached villa located in the Yalıkavak region, featuring an 800 m² garden and 300 m² of indoor living space. Completed in 2024, the project involved a complete redesign of the existing, unused structure to meet user needs, transforming it into a personalized, highly comfortable, and contemporary living space.

As part of the project, the existing villa was completely stripped down and all interior spaces were redesigned; the electrical, mechanical, automation, and infrastructure systems were re-engineered to meet current living standards. Fine craftsmanship, special detail solutions, and high-quality material selections enhanced the architectural character of the space, while custom-made furniture created a holistic interior design language unique to the project.

In addition to the main structure, a separate 1+1 living unit has been designed and implemented within the garden. Planned with guest use and multi-purpose living scenarios in mind, this structure is positioned and designed to provide architectural continuity with the main villa.

In the exterior landscaping, the existing pool coverings were completely removed and replaced; the pool area was redesigned in accordance with a modern outdoor living concept. A covered pergola area and a private kitchen area were created within the garden, providing the user with comfortable spaces for socializing, relaxation, and outdoor use.

The garden's natural texture has been re-envisioned through structural and plant landscaping; planting, circulation areas, hardscaping, and open space organization have been planned in harmony with Bodrum's natural atmosphere. All design development, implementation coordination, special production processes, and site management were carried out by our company, and the project was completed on a turnkey basis.
