Tavli Houses

The Tavlı Evleri project encompasses a comprehensive design and visualization effort developed to prepare a private lifestyle project consisting of 6 luxury mansions located in the Yalıkavak region for implementation and sales. Completed in 2022, the project aimed to create a strong project identity by detailing the completed architectural designs to meet investment and user expectations.

As part of the project, implementation plans were prepared first; all detail solutions, material decisions, and usage scenarios for interior and exterior spaces were addressed with a holistic approach. The living concepts of the mansions were reinterpreted in line with Bodrum's natural atmosphere and contemporary luxury understanding; the aim was to create spacious, timeless, and highly comfortable living spaces.

In the material selection processes, natural stones, wood surfaces, special coating details, and high-quality materials supporting modern architecture were preferred; the aesthetic language of the projects was given a strong and integrated structure. High-quality 3D visualizations, prepared in accordance with the selected materials, were used to meticulously visualize the architectural character and living atmosphere of the projects using photorealistic presentation techniques.

Thanks to the prepared visualization and project infrastructure, the mansions have been professionally prepared for both the implementation process and the sales organization; a strong presentation language supporting their investment value has been created. Design development, implementation project planning, material consultancy, and visualization processes have been meticulously carried out by us.
