Valley Istanbul

Vadi İstanbul is a luxury residential project located in a private complex in Istanbul, where a duplex apartment was redesigned through a comprehensive renovation and turnkey implementation process. Carried out between 2018 and 2019, the project involved completely stripping down the existing structure and redesigning it to meet user needs, lifestyles, and contemporary living standards.

Within the scope of the project, the interior organization was completely rethought; living areas, private use spaces, and circulation solutions were optimized to increase user comfort. The electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructures were redesigned from scratch in accordance with current technical requirements; the demolition, dismantling, and reconstruction processes were carried out meticulously.

Natural stones, special surface coatings, marble applications, and decorative wall details were prioritized in material selection; the sophisticated and timeless architectural character of the space is supported by strong material transitions. Custom-designed furniture and bespoke lighting elements enhance the holistic design language of the interior; every detail is conceived to offer the user a unique living experience.

To enhance the architectural character of the duplex structure, an elevator system was integrated into the project; all fine craftsmanship was completed to the highest quality standards. Curtain systems, custom-made carpets, accessory selections, and decorative styling work completed the living spaces with final touches, elevating the balance between aesthetics and functionality to the highest level.

From design development and implementation coordination to specialized production processes and every fine detail, the project was brought to life by us on a turnkey basis, transforming it into a unique living space reflecting a modern understanding of luxury.
