Varyap Residence

The Varyap Residence project encompasses the comprehensive interior design and implementation processes of a duplex apartment located within a private complex in the Yalıkavak region. Completed in 2023, the project reinterpreted the existing living space in line with user needs, modern lifestyles, and the natural atmosphere of Bodrum, transforming it into a contemporary and highly comfortable living environment.

As part of the project, implementation plans were prepared first; the interior organization was replanned in line with the usage scenarios of the space. Living areas, private use volumes, and circulation relationships were detailed while considering the balance between functionality and aesthetics; a spacious, timeless interior design language integrated with natural light was created.

In the material and furniture selection processes, natural textures, warm tones, and modern details were prioritized; a holistic design identity was created with custom-made furniture specific to the project. Following the demolition and dismantling processes, all fine structural work was meticulously carried out; wall, ceiling, floor, and fixed furniture details were reapplied in accordance with the project.

Furniture production was designed specifically to meet user needs; storage solutions that enhance living comfort, functional details, and aesthetic surface transitions strengthened the character of the space. All application processes, material coordination, and fine craftsmanship details were managed by us; the project was delivered turnkey and ready for use.
